Jason O’Neil is the President and founder of Circle Real Estate, the premier boutique real estate firm in Indianapolis, Indiana. During his 18-year career in residential real estate, he has been a top producing agent, and brokerage owner, led a national franchise with more than 350 agents and coached agents to achieve bigger futures.

Recognized as a Gold Winner in the 2025 Best of Suburban North Indy awards, Jason O’Neil remains at the forefront of the Indiana real estate industry. In 2025, he brokered the most expensive single-family home sale in Carmel’s history, a testament to the high-level strategy and discretion he brings to every client. Jason currently serves as the incoming Chairman of the Indiana Association of Realtors, where he continues to advocate for excellence across the state.

Earning top sales awards in two different markets prior to entering brokerage leadership, he is a wealth of knowledge on market trends, business planning and marketing strategies. “Today’s successful real estate professional is informed, agile and technologically advanced,” says Jason. He earned a bachelor’s degree in entrepreneurship and management as well as his master’s degree in management and communication both from Ball State University.

Jason resides in Carmel, IN with his wife, Courtney, and their two spirited children, Max and Molly.
